Our precision combined bearings with an axial Ertalon insert (adjustable) are the right choice when a backlash-free linear guide with high process reliability is required. The Ertalon insert (highly wear-resistant plastic) ensures low friction, dampens noise, and protects the sliding surface in the profile. Axial adjustment is achieved using shims between the bearing body and the insert—this allows the dimension/clearance to be adjusted quickly and reproducibly (shims 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm, max. adjustment range +2 mm).
